Laguna Dermatology + Aesthetics

Very professional clinic and staff. Everyone I met was courteous and polite, from the front desk through to the examination room and back out again. As I've relocated to the area, it was my first visit. It won't be my last. Laguna Dermatology is now part of my medical team. If you're looking for a dermatology clinic, give them a try. Highly recommended.

I have visited Laguna Dermatology + Aesthetics twice now and both times were great experiences. It’s incredibly easy to make an appointment- I requested one online and received a call within the hour with their availability. The front lobby/waiting area is pristine and beautifully decorated and the front office staff are welcoming and friendly. Both my appointments began on time and both doctors I saw were knowledgeable and listened to my questions/concerns. During my most recent appointment I had a few things removed including on my nose and neck. Both seem to be healing well under the care instructions I was given. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Xiao was welcoming, thoughtful and really listened—I was very impressed. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not as welcoming. She mumbled directions that I was hearing for the first time, making my registration more difficult. When I asked for the bathroom, I was told to go outside of office and was given unclear instructions. Also, I was not given code to be able to enter bathroom. It seems to me that the receptionist was in a hurry and not really ready or willing to help.

I just had an incredible HydraFacial with Carli, and I can’t recommend it enough! Carli is an amazing aesthetician - so professional and attentive, she made sure I understood each step of the process. The treatment was customized to target my specific skin concerns, and the results were immediate. My skin feels incredibly smooth, deeply hydrated, and looks so much brighter. The entire session was soothing and relating, I left feeling completely refreshed. If you’re looking to refresh your skin and get an amazing glow, this is definitely worth trying! 10/10 would recommend!

The staff here is so friendly! I had a basic skin check for me and my 4 year old son and the process was quick but thorough! I’m so glad I found my new go to dermatologist! They validate parking which is a huge plus :)
