I do not recommend this company who’s moved from Irvine to Lake Forest and changed their business name to Pure Indulgence . Amy did a bate & switch with charges! I was quoted a lower cost at time I made my appt but when I was done with services told the total was much higher! I didn’t receive a receipt and complained when I got home. Asked multiple times for a refund on overcharging me! Supposedly check was lost 2 times!! lol what a joke.. and no emailed receipt but I get there email advisements ! **Stay away! Going to call my bank to dispute!

I went there for Botox. The nurse her name is Melissa wasn’t nice she was impatient, serious, mean, as if she had a fight with me and the manager forced her to do my Botox…she never smiled even when I try to be funny….she didn’t listen to what I’m saying, injected rudely just in a second, she wanted me to purchase more units and when I said I normally get 40 units she was mean and said I will add this to the chart, so don’t come latter with any complaints…. I think it’s very important for her to get customer service training besides her nursing degree

After taking a few weeks to reflect on my experience, I feel compelled to share my honest review. I visited this place for PRP under-eye injections, and the outcome was disastrous. I left with a black eye and a subconjunctival hemorrhage, which was severe enough to require an emergency room visit. Although I understand things do happen and Im aware putting any needle to the face you’re always at risk, so I’m extremely understanding. When I reached out to the clinic about what had happened, I spoke with Nurse Stephanie, whose response was incredibly dismissive and passive-aggressive. She repeatedly told me, “this happens,” as if my situation was insignificant, making me feel like I was overreacting. In reality, I know now that I absolutely was not. Given the circumstances, I requested a refund—something I believe was the least they could do. After leaving a review about my experience, they refunded my money and sent a letter apologizing, asking me to remove my review because they had “done everything they could.” Wanting to be fair, I took it down. However, I later realized they never followed up to check on my well-being. It became clear that their primary concern wasn’t their clients—it was their public image. I even attempted to escalate my concerns to the owner, only to be told, “Oh, she’s flying.” That was their response to a serious medical issue caused by their procedure. It was beyond unprofessional. Please, do not go to this place. They do not care about their clients—only about protecting their reputation.

I have been going to Pure Indulgence for botox for over three years. I initially went with a Groupon and felt finally I hit the jackpot. Close to home, friendly, efficient and caring staff, This has been the best Groupon discovery for me regarding any type of business I have used Groupon for. I would definitely recommend Pure Indulgence for Botox although I am aware they perform other cosmetic procedures. Yasmin, Daniela, Amy and the rest of the staff are wonderful and make you feel cared for and appreciated. Thank you so much for your kind and caring service. Your follow up communication each time I come, to make sure I was happy with the service is such a welcome departure from other spas I had visited in the past. We will be seeing each other again and again, I am sure.

Clean & bright center, the staff is friendly (not to mention gorgeous!!) and my nurse injector made it painless and was so sweet. Thank you Pure Indulgence Aesthetics!
