If I could give a 10/10 I would! The front desk staff here is so kind and so helpful! Hannah and Diamond are amazing and really go out of their way to help you and make you feel safe and comfortable in all stages of the process. Nurse Edeh is fantastic at what she does. I have seen her for IV Therapy, Vitamin Booster Shots and Botox. I have a lot of experience with cosmetic procedures and she has such a delicate and gentle touch. I trust her skills and opinion so much. She’s an Angel! Also, I can’t say enough good things about the Mansger, Laila. She really listens to you, got me set up on Alle for promotions and discounts and truly cares about her employees, and clients. I am very picky who I choose to go to, and if there is one weak link in the chain, I won’t do business there. She creates such a relaxing and comfortable environment that I would recommend anyone to come in and see them. They are located inside of Life Time Athletics in Laguna Niguel, and you can even use the facilities even if you are not a member. I strongly suggest coming in for a consultation to see what they can do for you, and experience the elevated difference first hand!

Wonderful staff. I love how my nurse Edeh has a light touch and never overdoes my treatments. I do not look frozen or overly puffed out,ever. I just look like I am well rested and refreshed. Laila is always so wonderful at helping me at the desk and working with me to choose the best treatments for my needs. Bonus is that when I have my kids with me they can do kids club- free babysitting!

The staff is excellent! Laila, Stephanie and Edeh helped me. They were all so incredibly kind and knowledgeable in their respective roles. Laila and Stephanie were beyond gracious helping me with the Alle app, ZO Products and answering my questions. And I love Edeh’s work!
