Dr Reed was very thorough with my annual physical exam. Was very interested in my health and wellbeing. He took the time and never rushed. I highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr Reed.

I was under the care of Alarise Clay and Kendra Jerrill. I was referred to Oncology by Ms. Clay for treatment of prostate cancer and needed clearance from PCP to have anesthesia. Ms. Clay was absent so I saw a doctor on call. He was reluctant to give me the go ahead because he said I had a chronic heart problem. I was never told that by anyone else! He said I had had 3 abnormal ekg s already plus the one he did was the 4th making it chronic, The previous ones were at the hospital. I was confused because I always went for follow up with pcp after being discharged from the ER. Alarice wanted to spend the time telling my wife and I all about her new baby boy named Orin. So we got to see how he was doing instead of discussing my ER visit and the findings. Not one word was mentioned about anything wrong on an ekg! I was almost limited on options for cancer treatment!! This was such an obvious oversight! I don’t understand why she’s still able to practice!!

I was a patient at the lakeside location and transferred to the creekside office. I was under the “care” of 2 different physician assistants during that time. I was ridiculed in reports and they just absolutely refused to take anything seriously. Just saying that all my symptoms were psychological or stress related. Alarice Clay and Chalice Addis were the 2 that laughed me off even when I was asking about routine cancer screening and further work up for my bone pain and GI symptoms. I was also under the care of cardiologist who was doing ct scans for my aneurysm that found incidental probably benign lesions on my liver plus other stuff. Now I got away from them and to a city that has better access. So now I’m under the care of an oncologist for multiple myeloma! Run! This is a dangerous place to go looking for someone to trust!

I called to get in for my first appointment. I explained that I was being transferred from another town and have never been in their office. She said that was ok but had to confirm how and when I could get into an appointment since May 1st was the earliest I can switch. She put me on hold for at least 10 minutes just for her to come back to the phone amd say they don't want to do that process so they arent taking any new patients all of a sudden. What a dispicable excuse for a doctors office. These people not only dont have a clue what they are talking about theor customer service is horrible. They are turning away someone who just had a stroke at their own E.R. for literally no reason. I literally have 2 types of insurance and they had the nerve to bold face lie about taking in new patients.

Absolutely a blessing to our community and my family! Dr. Mietz is such an amazing man! The only doctor out of the years I dealt with constant pain from endometriosis and he was the only one who listened and helped me! Now I’m going on 2 years Endo Free! I have never in my life felt better than I do now! After seeing so many providers who wouldn’t listen to me and even though I did so much research and would take it to them saying look I think I have endo they would just change my BC and send me on my way saying no you can’t feel it when they would push on my stomach! 🤦🏻‍♀️ But he listened and helped me every way he could until I could do what I needed to get the surgery and sure enough Dr. Barnes (referred to him by dr mietz) removed all the endo for me! So Thank You for giving me my life back for me and my family! I will never go to another doctors office. They get me in ASAP when I need to and for my son as well! Highly recommend if you need a doctor who listens and HEARS you this is the place for you!
