Hate to leave bad reviews, but they really earned it on this one. First, left multiple voicemails over a two week period with no call back. Then I finally reach someone in the office and ask them to look up my plan to verify and they couldn't get me off the phone fast enough just assuming that I wasn't covered. I have a PPO and you could have taken 30 seconds to verify. No problem, I'll take my business somewhere else and I advise anyone reading this review to do the same even if your insurance does cover this facility and MD.

If I could have left zero stars I would! Unbelievable! Hubby and I have been patients for several years, always had good things to say about the doctors. Just saw them a few weeks ago and they didn’t bother to advise us that we were in the process of being dumped, along with all of their “non cancer, non Mohs surgery” patients! We called to make a routine appointment and were notified of this by office staff. You would think a little compassion and an advance notice might have been nice!

Everyone that I encountered was very pleasant and professional. Only suggestion would be that the staff could have been a bit more helpful to a first time visit. Filling the questionnaire on the tablet was a new experience. After the doctor visit, I wasn’t informed that I could just check myself out. I am used to the assistant returning and getting a visit summary and reviewing the doctor instructions. After about fifteen minutes I did come out and inquire if I could leave. Other than that minor inconvenience I was very pleased with the service.

I have been going to this practice for years now. All 3 Drs.have been amazing in every possible way. They are very skilled at the procedures they perform. They concentrate on fine detail, do amazing beautiful work, and genuinely care about their patients. I would give them a perfect 10 if I could. I definitely would highly recommend this office to my family and friends.

I only go to doctors when I have to, like most people, but this was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and I was ushered into a room just a few minutes past my appt time. Dr Lavonne Meadows seemed to be pretty thorough in her exam and made sure I understood what was going on, with a follow-up in 6 weeks to check my progress. Overall I find it easy to give a 5-star review. Thank you 😊
