Laser Skin Care Center

I met with Dr Hoffman for the first time. She was kind and very knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed and she answered all my questions. Her assistant Nick also made me feel valued. As usual,my wait time was very short. I would highly recommend this practice to others looking for a dermatologist.

Everything about Laser Skin Car Center was just excellent! From the customer service rep that first took my phone call to the next week appointment I was able to get, friendly staff inside, very nice nurse who helped me get situated. And of course the doctor was awesome and patiently answered my 500 questions. The procedure went well too - this really is a place run perfectly.

The clinic (? Or medical office - what do I call it?) was just fine and well organized but I must say that their billing system is pretty crazy! Late last year I had a text with a bill from this company for $1,142. Can you imagine getting a bill by text? It was out of the blue base I thought all charges were paid. I didn’t pay it because they added a $571.20 extra fee for cash payers! In my opinion, I should have a discount for that amount since it’s less work not dealing with insurance people. I did have insurance but they wouldn’t take it. So I called & asked for an explanation.. Still to this day (4 months later), still no answer. What’s happening?

The office staff were friendly and helpful when we were checking in and out. The doctor and assistant did not rush, answered all of our questions and made my teenage daughter feel like a valued part of the conversation. We have always had a good experience here. Highly recommend.

Dr. Farahnik was so great! He set my mind at ease about my condition at the consultation and I was able to come back to have the issue removed within a few weeks. He’s very kind and explains things very thoroughly and in way that is easy to understand if you don’t have a medical degree. Very grateful I was referred to him and this office!
