My experience with Shay was great. She was very communicative about what to expect from the process and next steps to care for my skin. She was very gentle and professional. Overall a very pleasant and easy experience!

I hesitated writing such a low review but I'm still annoyed by the severe lack of professionalism. I'm a nurse and my time is SCARCE. I booked this appointment a few weeks ago via text as suggested by the web site. Day of appointment I texted I was on my way and an ETA. Once arrived the reception told me to text Shay and she would be right out, so I did. Ten minutes go by. I text again, telling her I'm on a time constraint. No response. Another ten minutes go by. I call no answer, no voicemail set up. I wait another five minutes and text again another five minutes then I left. It's been two hours now since my supposed appointment she confirmed a few weeks ago, and still no response. I mean is she okay? Either way I requested a refund on Groupon and will not be back. One of the few free moments I had now wasted. I'll be willing to change this review if I ever finally hear from Shay herself.

Shay is the best. Quality ingredients. Amazing care. Will be back and will be bringing my friends & family! Would recommend to everyone.
