V Line Cosmetic Clinic - Los Altos

I had an amazing experience at Vline last weekend! From the moment I walked in, it feels like a high-end luxury hotel spa. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I booked a back detox care to treat my back acne and it was absolutely fantastic. My therapist was highly skilled. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. I also appreciated the little touches, like the soothing music and pleasant smell, which added to the overall experience. Highly recommend!

I had my first picosure pro laser at this store last weekend and it was a great experience. The staffs were very friendly and helped me do a skin test before the laser. They analyzed my skin condition and helped me formulate a skin care plan. During the laser treatment, she also stopped to ask me how I felt and adjusted the intensity of the laser, which was very considerate.

I had an awesome first experience here for a laser facial! This place is so pretty and clean! I was greeted by Alicia at the front desk and she was very friendly and offered water as I waited for the PA, Vicky, for a skin analysis and consultation. Vicky was incredibly patient with all the questions I had and so thorough with explaining any problem areas on my skin. I loved how she didn't rush through the process and went into detail about the images on the ipad from the skin analysis. She explained whether my face had good symmetry, areas with most UV damage, and any underlying pimples. I love how she explained WHY this was happening to me and what I can do in the meantime to prevent any further damage. So knowledgeable and friendly. I'm so glad Vicky was assigned to work with me! After, I was shown to the bathroom to clean my face. They provide you with face wash and fresh cotton facial towels.Probably weird for me to say, but the bathroom is so aesthetic! Loved the decor and how it had a long mirror in there. There was also an electronic bidet. Honestly made me feel like I was back in one of those fancy skin care clinics in Korea. The laser facial itself was maybe a 2/10 pain on the forehead area and 1/10 pain in the areas below. If you've ever tried VT Reedle, it feels like that but with some warmth to it. The beds are comfortable and Vicky asked me throughout if I was doing okay. I felt very at ease and honestly probably could have fell asleep if I wasn't so much of a yapper lol. The entire process with skin analysis and consultation took about 1 hour. Prior to the facial my skin looked pretty dull and dry. My main skin concerns are redness and acne scarring (especially on my cheeks and chin). I appreciate Vicky spending extra time on those areas with the laser. Of course my skin problems won't be fixed after one treatment BUT there was definitely improvement immediately after. Like... HELLO - MY FACE WAS GLOWING! Even my boyfriend noticed how much my face was glowing and he is so oblivious to anything I do on my face, whether it's skincare or makeup lol. I'm super happy with how the results turned out and excited to see how my skin improves after multiple sessions. I can't recommend this place enough. Staff are so knowledgeable/professional and the interior is so aesthetically pleasing! V Line definitely exceeded my expectations.

I had a Pico Laser treatment and was really impressed! The clinic has a relaxing, clean environment, and the staff is professional and friendly. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. Highly recommend it!

Had very good experience here. Spa room is quiet with light music, nice place for relaxing. Beautician is thoughtful, asked me if I need heating blanket.
