This place was wonderful. Very polite and courteous. My facial was top notch and I get a lot of them. The aesthetician was really good. I will definitely be back!

I've done several facials before and never had a problem... However, came out of this one breaking out/ no improvement in skin. A few issues I had: 1. The receptionist was slow with my check in and even though I showed up on time, I didn't get checked in until 15min later, my 1 hour facial was then cut down to 40 min only with no explanation. 2. The extraction: typically you face gets steamed before the extraction? My face was immediately extracted after an acid peel and I don't think that is good for my pores... Overall am not happy with how my face looks as the next morning I woke up with break-outs and pores look the same. The lady was friendly but it overall felt like several procedures were skimped, perhaps because it was purchased on Groupon? However, if the service is going to get cut because it was bought on Groupon then maybe stay off Groupon...
