Dr. Friedman was EXTREMELY unprofessional and I am very disappointed. I have gone for microdermabrasions many times and this most recent visit I was written a prescription. I took it to the pharmacy and was told that they would not be able to fill it, when I asked why they told me that Dr. Friedman had a recent complaint (within 1 year ago- June 9, 2022) against him with the CA Medical Board (I will attach pictures below) and therefore could not fill the prescription and risk his license (the pharmacist). I have been using the same pharmacy for years and have a great relationship with him so I asked if I could see why this was being denied, he printed me the citation Dr. Friedman received, and I immediately called the Great Skin office to try to figure out how to fix the situation. Dr. Friedman initially stated that he did not believe the pharmacist, so I sent him pictures of the documents. He became very defensive and tried to not take any sort of accountability. He also refused to send the prescription to another pharmacy because “sending an e-script is a ton of work” - direct quote from this “doctor” and that their job had been done. (An e-script takes less than 5 minutes to send) So he basically was not willing to help and not willing to admit he was the reason the pharmacist did not feel comfortable filling anything he had written. He got rude and defensive when I asked for a refund since I paid for the prescription at the office, actually over paid by $30 because the office did not have change at the time, and said he “did his part” so I had to just eat the cost of this prescription that was not allowed to be filled due to his mistakes and issues with the CA medical board. Totally deflected and did not want to accept any type of accountability or try to fix the situation at all. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Would not recommended to anyone.

My friend from Los Angeles turned me onto Dr. Friedman several months ago. I’ve always been hesitant to have cheek and lip filler. However, I did it anyway, I have never been so happy with a result. It took 10 years off of my face. My cheeks are more pronounced and my lips Are perfectly full . As a registered nurse, I am very cautious. However, Dr. Friedman was very professional and his office staff is super friendly and comforting. He has such great knowledge about the structure and proportions of the face.

Dr Friedman is the realest you can find. He tells you how it is, which is so important when getting work done, he is incredibly knowledgeable (he will always show me a book explaining exactly what muscles he’s talking about and points out why it will be effective.) I also got a microdermabrasion and my skin has never looked so good.

Dr. Friedman is an amazing knowledgeable Dermatologist. He cares deeply for all his patients and the Patient Relations Coordinator Danielle is always happy and caters to all my needs! Also, by far best esthetician ever!!! Love her!

Upon entering Dr Bradley’s office I was frustrated with street parking. The pathway to the office door is zen-like;staging calm . The receptionist has an sire of arrogance. Is that the welcoming trend ? Not even posturing warmth. Dr F came in fir my fillerbotix treatment. His vibes was ‘off’ I was uncomfortable . So I followed my instincts and asked for minimal Botox treatment.He had an uneasy vibe with give me your money honey type attitude attached. He was asking why I’m just getting Botox? That was a question I wasn’t comfortable with. I gave a polite excuse. Went to pay then was glad to get out of there. The injection was uncomfortable. I should of left without treatment. Like I said. Something is ‘off’ I experienced. Very pricy too. Not a pleasant experience.
