False advertising! The results of my $650 green facial was equal to her basic facials. I have some type of skin tags and she said she can take all of them off for $400. She said she would do one so I can see the results. She burned/zapped the tag and in a couple of days the scab fell off but left a brown spot. It’s been about two months and I still have the spot. I had two basic facials with Audrey, before deciding to spend $650 on the green facial that she told me I should do. I understand now why bad reviews are always sooooooo long. It’s more the emotional disappointment with the person than the actual problem. She texted me a link about the green facial that showed impressive before and after pictures. I have awful skin and have struggled with it all my life. In my 20’s I spent a lot of money on facials and products and got nowhere. Now, in my 30’s I have accepted that I look like this but I am still open to a solution. This lady is nice until you tell her your not happy with the results of her work. She will give you every reason why you are wrong and then will ignore you. She made it clear to me that she has a 100% non refundable policy and she was not open to the idea of seeing me for any complimentary facials. I understand that we are human and sometimes there are misunderstandings and maybe sometimes we don’t do good work. I went back and forth with myself for a long time before I got the courage to say something to her and for her to completely shut me down and then ignore me was so disappointing.

Amazing esthetician. I have been going to Audrey for over a year now and doing the green peels with her. She has transformed my skin. My acne scars are gone and my pores are significantly smaller. I have been getting facials for over 15 years and have found her to be one of the best estheticians I have ever gone to. She is meticulous, professional, kind, and it has truly been a pleasure being her client. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking to transform their skin, for a highly skilled professional using the green peel, or just looking for a really good clean out for their pores.

I received a wonderful treatment from Audrey at Los Angeles Skin Care. It has been years since I last received a facial but I always remembered finding the extraction process to be painful and difficult. Audrey has the gentlest touch I've ever experienced during a facial. My skin was steamed, cleaned, extracted, microdermed, and masked to perfection. Audrey is incredibly knowledgeable, generous with her time, caring and easy going. I am certainly returning for facials regularly. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Audrey is fantastic! I’ve had multiple appointments and the improvement in my skin is amazing! My skin had many cystic blemishes that have required time and proper tools to clean them out. She offers great advice for how to better care for you skin after her treatment. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable throughout your appointment.
