Before the appointment, I received a detailed email that addresses so many helpful things especially if it's your first time -- everything from practical recommendations about parking to what to expect in terms of pricing, time, etc. Marion herself is so lovely! I really appreciate that the appointment starts with an assessment -- she thoughtfully asks questions about lifestyle, goals and behaviors that help her determine the right treatment and follow-up. She has a calm demeanor, wealth of experience & knowledge that she so generously shares -- and it immediately put me at ease. I enjoyed our talk throughout the treatment and had such a nice time getting to know her. She recommended products and provided a few samples to try that I have been enjoying since the treatment -- and each of them are natural and nourishing. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Marion Simms is the BEST facial provider in Los Angeles if not the world. She’s knowledgeable, educated, experienced and her soothing voice and charming English demeanor create the most soothing environment ever. Trust me. I had such a lovely first time experience at Skin Sense! Marion & her assistant are so warm and inviting. The overall facial was very good! She customizes her facials to your skin and what it needs. I feel like a lot of places in LA can easily overwhelm the skin by doing too much! That wasn't the case with Marion. She's so knowledgeable & made my facial experience very relaxing. I love the products she used and she gives you samples to try at home. I already booked my next appointment with her and I'm excited to make this a consistent healthy habit of mine. Yesterday I went to treat myself with a soothing and deeply moisturizing facial, personally done by Marion Simms at her Skin Sense Spa on Third in West Hollywood. My skin looks very soft now, it is actually glowing from the delicious moisturizers I got as samples and my lines have almost vanished. I absolutely love her choice of products. She gave me a lot of good tips regarding my nutrition. I also picked up the fantastic sun screen that she had graciously let me try with a few samples before I now purchased it. All of her products have gone through her personal professional tests and are surely the best in the market and still affordable. Thank you for your five star service, Marion! You are the Best!
