Leigh is the absolute best. I have been going to her for many years now and she the best of the best. Not only does she do an incredible job but she is so knowledgeable. She knows the science behind everything she does. I feel safe knowing that she will always take good care of me and that I will leave feeling like the best version of myself. My friend recommended Leigh to me after I had a few disappointing and overpriced experiences elsewhere. It’s really tough to find a clinic that features all the latest and greatest aesthetic services with professionals who know what they’re doing. This is LA, there is a med spa or plastic surgeon on every corner and it can be risky trying somewhere new. My friend assured me I would love SKA and Leigh. I went in for a refresher and Leigh made some recommendations. She didn’t push any services on me and went over all my options and pricing in detail. I got Xeomin (which I prefer), filler, and PRP. I came back 3 weeks later for a follow up and we looked at my before and after pictures and I mean wow. The difference is astonishing, someone told me I look 16 the other day, haha, and now I see why. The changes were very clear but not in a fake or overdone way. I still look like myself, but refreshed. I look more like I’m in my twenties than almost 40. I’ve tried at least 5 different clinics for these services in west La/beverly hills and skin tight aesthetics is now my go to. They always have really great specials and are not pushy about anything. Highly recommend everyone on their team.

Honestly the best experience I've had at any cosmetic clinic. Firstly, the warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness from their team even upon entering immediately made me feel like I went to the right place. I was referred to Skin Tight by a friend because I was looking to get rid of my broken blood vessels on my chest that have been bothering me. Nurse Ashley prepped me with numbing cream and we chatted about the IPL and I felt really comfortable. Then I got to meet Leigh, the owner, who was sooo sweet and helpful and assessed me to go ahead and try the IPL along with sublative RF which I literally WATCHED the little capillaries disappear. Genuinely I can't thank them enough, I've been insecure of the little spots for so long and to watch my skin change just like that made me so happy. I felt so taken care of. Thank you to the team and Leigh i'll follow up with a before and after pic in 2 weeks when full results appear!!

I LOVE Ashley!! She’s the best. Helps tailor treatments to what you are looking for, offers recommendations, won’t overfill you, and I’m just very happy with the results overall. I’ve also gone to Leigh (she’s the owner) and highly recommend her as well.
