DO NOT GO TO THEM! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! From my first interaction with them was highly unprofessional. It was via text and they will not talk over the phone. I tried to call and she told me to text. The woman who does the texting is ridiculously unprofessional. They will low ball you on the prices or promotions then try to upsell you and ask for ridiculous deposits. Her and I had words back and forth in the text I kept trying to give them a chance because I liked the fact they are literally 5 minutes from my home. The day of my consultation , I waited a whole hour over my scheduled appointment waiting for the Surgeon *Dr. GOLPANIAN And he did not even apologize for the wait. Very cold, impersonal consult. I knew the Unprofessional woman nurse, whoever she was had influenced him...which speaks volumes as to his unprofessionalism as well. A surgeon should not allow the pettiness of an unprofessional nurse or office rep influence them. I left the consult right there. I will be reporting them both to the BBB. Again, you have been warned! I wish I could give them ZERO !

I gave it 3 starts because the location is ugly you get there and you're like what the!!! But don't let that fool you they have great surgeon who perform amazing work in there it's only the outside of the building that looks crazy but inside everything is clean and sanitary! They have a very cute set up at the check in and the front desk girl is super sweet! Dr miller did an amazing job with my tummy tuck and was very attentive he has great bedside manners! The only thing that stopped me from giving them 4 stars is the location and homeless outside of the building

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My mom went in for lipo under chin and woke up from surgery in agonizing pain. Not from her chin but her eye! When she opened her eyes a nurse was standing in front of her with medicine in his hand and placed it in her eye (therefore he knew something had happened to it) she asked him why her eye was hurting if all they were supposed to do was her chin. She left and on her way home she decided to go to the emergency room because she couldn’t take the pain. She called the office to let them know she was going to the hospital and someone told her over the phone that’s “sometimes we forget to put eye patches on our patients and we did forget with you”. HOW DO YOU FORGET HOW TO PREP YOUR PATIENTS BEFORE SURGERY!!!!? HUGE RED FLAG. Come to find out my mom has a huge laceration on her eye ball (from one end of her iris to the other end) that green line you see is the cut!!! DO NOT GO HERE

Very happy with the treatment of the nurses, very happy with the results, I recommend the surgeon 100%... Cesar Aguiluz is a sweetheart, he left me better than I expected... I had a very nice experience 🥰🙏
