I recently completed a CoolSculpting treatment at Entre Nous, performed by medical assistant Charmane. I first had the pleasure of working with Charmane in 2019, when she was employed at my dermatologist's office. During that time, she performed CoolSculpting on my stomach and outer "love handles," yielding excellent results. I was thrilled with the outcome and received numerous compliments, with people assuming I had lost weight--when in fact, it was the CoolSculpting that effectively reduced the fat in those areas. After undergoing knee surgery in 2023 and successfully getting back in shape, I realized I could benefit from a touch-up to my waistline. Upon learning that Charmane had transitioned to Entre Nous and that my dermatologist no longer offers CoolSculpting services, I reached out to her to schedule a consultation. I was immediately impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff at Entre Nous. During my consultation, Charmane remained as knowledgeable and personable as ever, providing insight into the latest CoolSculpting advancements. She took the time to understand my goals and offered honest, thoughtful recommendations regarding the procedure and expected outcomes. I was particularly pleased to learn that the newer CoolSculpting technology has improved in comfort, and my treatment was virtually painless. Throughout the entire process, the Entre Nous staff was exceptionally professional and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. They also ensured that my treatment was properly recorded in the Alle program. I look forward to returning to Entre Nous for future treatments with Charmane and would highly recommend her expertise to anyone considering CoolSculpting.

The team at Entre Nous is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals with treatments that are both effective and thoughtfully tailored. I had a BBL laser treatment here for sunspots and the results have been amazing. I also got Neuro (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) for fine lines, and I love how natural it looks. Plus, the HydraFacial was such a treat, my skin felt instantly hydrated, radiant, and so refreshed afterward. Beyond the treatments, the space itself is absolutely stunning - elegant, modern, and so inviting. Their skin laser treatments, including BBL, Halo, and Vbeam work wonders for skin rejuvenation, while PRP/PRF provide an amazing boost to overall skin health. HydraFacial or Aquagold or Microneedling is a fantastic option for that extra boost of radiance. Cryo is available. Sculptra, Radiesse, and injectable or filler treatments are available. For body contouring, Emsculpt and CoolSculpting are available although I have not tried these treatments. Every visit feels like a step toward looking and feeling your best, and the level of expertise and kindness here is truly unmatched. I highly recommend Entre Nous to anyone looking for top-tier aesthetic care.

I got botox from here about 2 years ago by a woman named Katie. It was my second time ever getting botox, I was 29. I wanted a little confidence boost before the holidays but instead my life changed forever, my face "dropped". My doctor explained to me that she either used too much or placed it in the wrong area causing the fat pads under my eyes to drop from the muscle. My under eyes have permanent hallows and bags as a result, my face looks so sagged and pulled down. I have twitches & muscle weakness from nerve damage. When I called about the issues I was having Katie, and the owner told me it must be a pre existing condition and had nothing to do with them. I've seen 5 doctors & all of them agree this woman is to blame. I have so much trauma from this experience, this place & their negligence has stripped me of my confidence. I have a hard time even looking in the mirror now. I urge anyone thinking about getting botox here to stear clear.

I have had numerous excellent experiences here, especially with Kirsten. She is professional, a perfectionist and makes sure her client gets the best treatment possible. I have had Em sculpt and Cool sculpt sessions with her and was very pleased with the results and especially pleased how she explained the process and made me very comfortable and expect to have more only with Kirsten. People at desk are great every time I’ve been there which is numerous.
