Absolutely first class treatment. Dr. Jacobson is both extremely professional and very warm and caring. Doctor and staff give a very personal and thoughtful service and help. Always attentive and quick to assist. I have been with Dr. Jacobson since my move to California several years ago and she has been extremely helpful to alleviate concerns and help and provide excellent treatment and calm. I have nothing but good words and praise.

I was very fortunate to receive care from Dr. Beth Gould. I came to Dr. Gould after learning that I may have melanoma on my nose. I was very anxious before I met with her, not only because of the potential melanoma but also because of what I feared might happen to the appearance of my nose. Dr. Gould was very kind and patient with me as I asked lots of questions and she helped alleviate my fears and provide very descriptive and knowledgeable answers to my questions. She performed a very skillful biopsy and my nose is healing nicely with minimal scarring. What a blessing! Thank you Dr. Gould and thank you to your very thoughtful and friendly staff as well.

Decent dermatologist. Short visit. Would be better if they read patient notes beforehand. They mentioned they sent some prescription to the pharmacy but pharmacist said they don’t have that info. Will follow up with the office on this and May revise review if appropriate.

Dr Jacobson is the best in the game. She caught my Melanoma in the nic of time and set me up with the best care at Stanford to have it treated. I’ve met with her 2 times/yr for the last 5+ years for full skin checks and she was always incredibly thorough, considerate, and kind. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She literally saved my life.

Dr. Elizabeth Gould is a fantastic dermatologist… extremely thorough, efficient, caring and an excellent communicator. The office is staff are personable and very professional. I feel confident I have the best care and would highly recommend.
