Golden State Dermatology

This was my first visit to Golden State dermatology. I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone who worked in the office, as well as my initial phone call to make the appointment. I felt like I could get in for my first appointment in a timely manner. And although I would have liked a bit more time for my questions, I understand that the office was very busy that day. I am looking forward to establishing a patient relationship as I get to know the office and they get to know me in the future.

Love this practice!! Super efficient process, very kind office staff, too! My dermatologist, Donna Pryor, was very thorough, pointed out things I hadn't even noticed and educated me about skin cancer. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment with this location, and I was VERY Unhappy the staff were nice, but Ibwas quoted one price, when the doctor Donna came in she seemed a bit rude and didn't care to be gental she grabbed my affecd area, didnt even care to protect my eye. And was very ruff to my face. I would never refer anyone to her! Today my eye is swollen tobto her pinching it. Horrible experience.

The office staff is very nice. The office seems clean. I was seen by the NP, she was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable however I felt like she was in a big hurry. She spoke rather fast using medical terminology and explaining. Unfortunately, I found that quite a turn-off. I felt very rushed and I felt the situation that brought me there was dismissed as unimportant, leaving me feeling I had an incomplete visit.

I had such an amazing experience. The kindness and professionalism was beyond what I anticipated. The doctor knew exactly what she was doing and I felt completely content with the visit. They have my complete trust with whatever the outcome to my visit will be. Highly recommend.
