Got my hair cut, toned, and blown out with Mari! Looks super good (and much healthier than before) and was for a reasonable price. Got great recommendations for hair masks to use at home.

Great customer service while waiting for my daughter. I was treated with respect, got offered water, soda, or wine, and even got quarters for my vehicle parking meter. The restroom was clean and sanitized. i was impressed by the amenities they offer, like deodorant, maxipads, tampons, etc, ( even a lint roller. ) my teenage daughter went from Long to Short hair. Stylist Marie did a FANTASTIC Job, giving her the hair cut she requested and the correct bangs that went with the shape of her head. I was a little shocked by the price.. but overall, I realize that all Hairstylist are completely professionals, and the satisfaction and joy in my daughter's eyes are PRICELESS. (She had no appointment & yet she was squeezed in) last client of the day. I'm extremely grateful to CHATEAU SALON for the amazing experience we encountered. From receptionist treating us with a Big Smile to Owner Marianna offering me information about HEALING Haircut a treatment for the scalp. I was really amazed by her experience and knowledge. I will definitely return to try #healinghaircut. Thank you again for making my teenager's self-confidence reappear. TEAM IS WORTH THE PRICE!!

I had read reviews about the salon and specifically great reviews about Maral. She truly is the Color Queen! She nailed the highlights I’ve been wanting to have for a while. It was an enjoyable experience getting my hair done by her and I can’t recommend her enough!

I have been coming to Chateau Salon for about a year now and am so happy I did. I was really nervous to try a new stylist after having the same one for 20+ years and I’m so happy I did! Karina is the best, she’s so sweet and patient and always listens to what I want and is experienced in recommending what my hair needs - TLC! Highly recommend Karina as well as the salon. All the other stylists are so friendly and attentive to everyone who walks in.

By far the worst haircut I've ever received. This rating is 100% deserved. You know what you did. I already spoke with the owner so a response is not required. I was refunded for my haircut but not the toning application. I asked for a simple bob with light layering on top and very minimal texturing for movement. I brought several pictures for an example. I had a bob that had completely grown out to be collar bone length and all one length and I have naturally straight hair and I'm Caucasian, so this should have been easy. I had some uneven coloring and she offered to tone it. I did not book that and did not plan for that, but agreed if we test striped it first. The test strips were wrong. I have 15 years experience as a professional in the beauty industry myself and discussed after the test strips what adjustments should be made and that was not done at all. I advised her about what my specific hair did and told her to leave it on for just a few mins at most. She did not use that level or color and checked in another client while it was processing and did not rinse it when the bottom was done she just made my roots darker to match. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. I have the haircut of a Victorian little boy. I left with grey-green hair. It will take a year for my hair to grow out. Technically speaking, she completely destroyed my perimeter, over resected each layer and changed degrees while cutting it and left noticeable holes at my ears. One side has no layers but is shorter than the other side. The other side is longer but is so unevenly layered and overtexturized it stays a puff shape. The long angled "bang" I was supposed to have in the front that was more or less just serving as a little face framing, was cut as an actual blunt bang with zero warning or discussion, at nose tip length. This wrong bang is extra disastrous because it equals the length of the shortest layer that's on 2/3 of my head so that it makes a sort of bowl shape. So if you're looking for a new salon to try, do not go here.
