The treatment here are good …. But my appointment has always been push back at least half hour or even an hour , for example , if my appointment is at 9 am , after the nurse took me to the room , the doctor won’t show up until 10 am and that has caused me messing up my schedulers and missing my meetings at works. There was once I got charged for $75 because I was about 15 minutes and my appointment was forced to be canceled even thought i was already arrived. While I understand this policy is to make sure patient be on time, but why can’t doctors do the same ?

It would be great if all the forms could be put online so that we don’t have to spend 20 minutes before our appointment filling them out. Other than that, everyone at the front and in the back of office were friendly and helpful and clear. Thanks!

Michelle Quinn is just one of the best practitioners I’ve ever had the pleasure to see. She is so smart knows her field inside and out is kind and generous with her time is always respectful and curious about any questions I might have. I’ve been seeing her for probably 10 years now and my skin is happier for her attention! Thank you so much, Michelle. You are one of the best.

Staff went above and beyond! Stayed after hours to biopsy a tumor and then continued to follow-up and helped expedite appointment with Cancer specialist. Appointment was managed with compassion, excellent care, assurance, and expertise. We would highly recommend.. My elderly mother felt very taken care of through it all.

The front desk staff has been hit or miss in the past at the Mountain View office but lately it's been great. They have been more responsive and helpful lately. I see Michelle and Alyson to treat my hormonal acne. Both have been great in supporting and developing my treatment plan for the last few years. The office can get busy so just be patient.
