Last Friday, I had my first Vivace treatment with Dr. Wang, and I am beyond impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Wang took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all of my questions. The Vivace treatment itself was much more comfortable than I anticipated, and Dr. Wang ensured I was at ease throughout the entire process. Truly a wonderful experience all around!

Dr. Wang is one of the most caring physicians I have ever had! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers any questions you have regarding your treatment to ensure that you are fully taken care of. I am so grateful to her and all the staff at the Menkes Clinic for taking care of my skin over the years.

The absolute worst office staff and doctor. I walked in the office towards the “super friendly” (not) front staff, checked in, and was taken to the room. When asked by the nurse, what brings you in? I started listing the issues. I was abruptly interrupted stating that, “the doctor will only see you for 2 problems at a time, if you have more, you need to make additional appointments.” I have 8 things, so I have to make 3 additional appointments? Sounds a little greedy, just trying to get patients into to the office for additional appointment to make more money. When then doctor came in, she made me feel rushed and also said that she will only listen to 2 problems, “I have never, in my life heard a DOCTOR say I will only see you for 2 of your problems. If I have any additional problems to make additional appointments. I feel like the doctor didn’t hear my concerns and by the fact that she didn’t even sit. She was rushing to leave during my less than 10 min appointment. I will never come here again, I would never recommend to his office.

What can I say about Dr. Wang? First of all, don’t even bother trying to hide your skin cancer bumps, she will find them. She will freeze them off before you can even worry about how that’s going to feel. Spoiler alert, it’s not bad. My whole family sees her and we haven’t been able to stump her yet. She is very knowledgeable with a kind and fun chair side manner. She even fished a teeny, tiny, microscopic piece of glass out of my husbands hand. The only negative, she will call your brown age spots, age spots, because that is what they are called. You are just going to have to deal with it. If I can make peace with it, so can you. The entire practice is lovely, but she really stands out.

Dr. Krystle Wang was excellent in helping with the issue I have. She prescribe the medicine I needed and since I will be away for awhile, she gave me extra ointment to use. Since it is also close to the holiday, she was careful in asking if I would consume alcohol and gave me medicine that won't have effect until after the holidays.
