I absolutely love this place! Janeen at the front is such a doll! She has such welcoming positive energy and always has an answer for my questions. Nurse Michaela also made my experience so wonderful. I was trying something new and she made me feel so comfortable and informed. I highly recommend LaserAway Mountain View.

I’ve been to two other locations in bay area and this location is the best. I had the best nurse experience! Thank you Vanessa! She was the most considerate nurse that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. After a session with her and I’m calling to change all my future appointments with her at mountain view location.

I love this location! This is by far a beautiful clinic! I first started off with just one treatment! The service and level of care was so impressive, that I entrusted them with more and more of my treatments! I now get 4 different treatments done and could not be more happy! I LOVE this clinic! I’ve been coming with my daughter for months to get some treatments and we are beyond satisfied with the results we got so far! Our favorite person EVER is YEN! We bought all our treatments thanks to her who is always able to suggest us the best treatments according to our needs and expectations. She is so sweet and accommodating, her positive energy is outstanding and she will make you want to come to the clinic again as soon as possible! YEN’s customer service is amazing, she is always available to reschedule or modify our appointments whenever we need to and find the best nurses for our treatments! My experience here was AMAZING. Absolutely wonderful. From Yen who greeted me, led me to the initial room I was in and thoroughly applied my topical anesthesia. Yen was the best we had an amazing conversation I felt so seen/heard. To Jessica who was the nurse who performed my service! She was so sweet and considerate constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and okay (the service I got is known to possibly be intense) to last but absolutely not least RACHEL who helped me from start to finish with the process. Booking the appointment, choosing what service, financing, everything I quite literally couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience/introduction to cosmetic procedures. I cannot WAIT to continue this journey, thank you guys so very much!
