Ashley is excellent. She has been doing botox and injections for a while now. I’ve never had a bad experience. She is popular in this area and sometimes it’s hard to get a booking right away but quality is more important and she is the highest quality person for botox and injections that I have been to. Especially for lip injections. She knows how to add volume with little or no bruising. She really cares about her work and giving people expected and natural results.

I’ve had my fair share of of Botox in my 50+ years, and with that experience comes good and bad experiences with injectors. Ashley is hands down the best out there. She’s incredibly thoughtful and precise - she remembers (rare) what works for your specific face (everyone has different needs) from visit to visit and her touch with the needle is the MOST gentle! Ashley and Gabby are both also incredibly genuine, friendly, ladies who make you feel comfortable during your visit and clearly love what they do. Can’t say enough good things about these two. Go see them :)

Ashley is the best! She knows how to do Botox and fillers properly. She doesn't overdo anything; she listens to her clients and gives them the look they want. I highly recommend her for your medical aesthetic needs!!

I had a terrible experience with this injector. I waited two months for an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, and filled out all the necessary forms. But after an hour of waiting--well past my scheduled appointment time--I ended up leaving without even getting my consultation. My appointment was at 2:15, and when I arrived, another client with a 2:00 appointment was called back. I was waiting to be seen next after the 2:00 when another person showed up very late for their appointment. At first, the assistant said I'd be seen first since I was on time and it was now past my appointment time, but then Ashley walked out, saw me waiting, didn't acknowledge me and then called the late client back instead. It felt like she didn't care at all about me being on time or the fact that I'd taken time off work and found a babysitter for my youngest to make it to this appointment. When I spoke to her about it, she apologized and offered to accommodate my schedule if I decided to come back, but when I reached out, I was told she could only schedule two months out and that she wouldn't adjust her schedule for me. Then after sending the screenshot of her previous text where she stated she would accommodate my schedule to make up for it , she then proceeded to deflect blame and not follow through on her offer to fix the situation. Honestly, based on how she handled the situation--and how little she seemed to care about my time or me as a client--I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
