Brian Eichenberg, M.D., FACS

I am very unhappy with the results I received from Dr. Eichenberg. I originally had scheduled surgery with Dr. Hill, but he was in the hospital so Dr. Eichenberg came in and did the surgery but didn't do the procedure that I had agreed-upon with Dr. Hill. He took half the amount of time that Dr. Hill quoted me and I never saw him again after the surgery. There was no follow up with him, and everyone in the office knew that I was unhappy with my results. He tucked up part of my neck and on the sides it's sagging and my face is uneven. They are not willing to work with me except to redo the surgery with me paying for anesthesia office fees. It's not like a bad haircut where I can just go back in for a touchup--it's major surgery!I don't trust this doctor or this office to do anything again. Please find someone who cares about you and the results and won't treat you like you're unimportant. By the way, if you post an honest review on their Instagram page, it is removed and you get blocked.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Eichenberg for many years now. He is not only a fantastic plastic surgeon but also kind and compassionate. When I go in for a procedure he listens to what want and is very honest. Sometimes I think I need something I really don’t need, and the doctor has always been honest with my expectations. “Dr Debbie” is very good too. The front staff is helpful and I leave feeling better about myself because everything that was done was done with the precision that only a good plastic surgeon would have the eyes and the knowledge for. I’m grateful to have such a gifted plastic surgeon so close to my home. I highly recommend Dr Eichenberg to anyone who’s looking for a talented and honest doctor.

Love Dr. E. He is very down to earth, and truthful and I felt very safe putting my life in his hands. He's truly a genius at his craft, not only an incredible surgeon, but a true artist. The fact that he gave me a lift and didn't put any implants in it seemed like a miracle. He did a beautiful job! Great office staff as well. Great experience.

I absolutely love this place, and the staff is super amazing!!! They all make you feel comfortable and at ease.I was super nervous at first but that all went away as soon as I met Dr. Eichenberg and Angelica. They made me feel safe and explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who though about having any cosmetic surgery done.
