I went to this doctor because the website said that her practice was a holistic approach. Yet, when I saw her, she tried to talk me into taking meds. Then, she tried to convince me to buy expensive supplements (which cost less at other places). To make it worse, she talked me into her $100.00/ month treatments with a 1 year commitment which I never used! I don't get off work early enough for these appointments either. I'm so mad at myself for letting her talk me into $1200 for nothing!

Bridget Briggs is the worst doctor. I didn't realize how really bad she was till I got a new great doctor who changed my medication and read my old blood work from Briggs and now my new bloodwork.it turns out I am pretty ill. This wasn't even the reason I left this anti-VAXER, Conspiracy believer, who told me there was no Covid, that the government was trying to kill me with the vaccines because Social Security was running out. Briggs told me she got kicked out of her practice in Murrieta, which her physicians assistances still run. She also told me she was being sued by her office manager. When I asked her why her Medical assistant is aloud to give me medical advise and she is not even a nurse, she said nurses are ONLY butt wipers, her medical assistants are way smarter then nurses. Worst of all she is a horrible doctor and your life could be on the line.

I only picked this Doctor because of location and my insurance changed medical group. The first time I needed to see her was for possible antibiotics due to feeling ill. I called the office and was told they don’t see sick people so I had to go to urgent care. Months later I called to be seen for a check up but because I hadn’t seen the doctor yet, I’m still a new patient, so I called new patient number and left a message to call me back to make an appointment. In the answering machine you are told yo give 3 business days before you get a call back. I waited a week, no call. I repeated this 3 more times and no call back!! So I go in person to schedule an appointment and had to wait a month. After I was seen by a Physician assistant they said it was just a meet and greet and had to see the actual doctor for treatment and I had to drive further to the other office which was inconvenient. Another month later I was seen. I brought this up to the Doctor. She was defensive and said she can get proof of the phone call logs. I said okay because I know I didn’t receive any calls. But she dismissed it. Anyway, the doctor is nice for the most part. The reason I had gone for was not taken care of. So I’m switching to another doctor. Good luck!

This is a medical scam. She has changed her practice from gynecology to family medicine, and refused to consider HRT unless I sign up with her paid monthly platform where she will dispense hormone therapy. None of this is covered by insurance. What does my $700/mo. get me? This, and dismissive doctors.

Very sad to hear that Dr. Briggs is going to a paid prescription service. I was told I had to join "Repeat MD" which is literally a marketing and subscription by service. All I wanted is to see a doctor in person, get my hormone levels evaluated and subsequently an appropriate prescription. But now I am told the hormone packages are all available online at a cost of up to $500. What? What happened to personal medical care. So sad.
