Dr. Kathryn Kent

Deserves no stars. Made an appointment 5 weeks ago for a legitimate health concern. Came in for my appointment and was told they would not see me if I did not have a physical insurance card. My wallet was stolen so I just had a picture of my card from the provider as well as ID identifying me. The front office girls are more interested in giving out botox discounts than actually acquiring or retaining new patients. They kept telling me they had to swipe my insurance card. There's no way to swipe it. It's not a credit card! Clearly the employees don't understand how a business is built. The office is old and smells of mold as well. Stay away if you want good customer service! Advice to this business, be more like Nordstrom and less like Walmart.

I saw Dr. Kent after not getting anywhere with my Kaiser doctors. She was attentive, empathetic, and informative. She diagnosed my issue, and then treated it as opposed to just treating the symptoms like I’ve had other doctors do. Dr. Kent and her staff made me feel comfortable the entire time, and I left feeling well taken care of. I can tell she goes above and beyond to ensure the highest level of care for her patients.

Following up from my review about Dr. Street, he referred me to his wife Dr. Kent for dermatological care after my extensive breast surgery. My initial consultation with Dr. Kent exceeded my expectations, which did not come as a surprise. She encompasses and exudes soo much compassion, knowledge, and like her husband, Dr. Kent explains in detail the procedure she will be performing and what to expect. Dr. Kent connects with you on a personal level and makes you feel as if you are having coffee with a friend, priceless. The medical staff and office personnel feel like family, they are all very welcoming, warm and accommodating. Beautiful office with a calming ambience. Thank you all for helping me.

Dr. Kent is a talented dermatologist and makes me feel very validated. She is conscientious of my specific skin care needs and goals. I have been seeing her now for over 3 years. I feel like she has helped me immensely understand how to care for my skin better and explained my options regarding botox, fillers, and other laser treatments for my scars. I am grateful for the compassionate care she has offered me. I recommend her to all my friends because of her talent and skill. She's the BEST!

I had a very informative and positive experience with Dr. Kent. She was warm and caring, and really listened to me. She was thorough and kind, and I could tell that she was a very astute physician, reviewing all of my options and the pros/cons of each. She has worked with many friends and family members, and all have had very positive experiences and they return often. She’s got wonderful bedside manner and I highly recommend for all medical and cosmetic issues.
