Their services are okay, but they have messed up my appointment schedule multiple times. I arrive to do two services and they just say “Oh, we don’t have time for both, so you can only do one”. Or “We only had you down for one service, not both”. They also never charge the same amount for the same service. I’ve gotten the same service multiple times and every time is a different fee. I wish they paid more attention to detail with their scheduling and payments. Some people have to take off work for these things, then to find out you have to take more time off another day is extremely frustrating.

Had a bad experience trying to product from this place. First I call to inquire if they have my product in stock. The woman on the phone can't understand what I'm asking about (I read the title right off the package.). She ''thinks" she has the right item, so I drive there and find they are out of my product, but wanted to sell me something else. The 'receptionist' says she'll check with the owner and will call me to advise. She calls 3 hours later to advise that the order was placed and should arrive in a week. I called back 1 1/2 weeks later and leave multiple messages. They finally call me back and tell me they don't have the product and NO order was placed. Plus, they can't even advise when the product will be ordered or when it may arrive!!! I don't recommend this place at all. They don't understand what they have, they lie about ordering and don't know when product will arrive? If they can't handle something this simple, I sure would never trust them to do any spa treatments!!

I have only experienced the desk girl and work on my face by Dr.Chang. The desk girl was efficient and nice. And Dr. Chang is wonderful. She is absolutely caring and sensitive in her work. I am very happy with the results!

I love this place. The staff is extremely helpful and professional, and Dr. Chang is wonderful. I've recommended it to my local friends and will continue to do so!
