To put my gratitude into words for Dr. Paul and her team is close to impossible, but I will do my best. Trusting someone with your face is already terrifying, but Dr Paul made me feel completely at ease from my initial consultation. She and her team were very thorough about the procedure, aftercare and managing my expectations. 3 months and treatments later I have fantasy results that speak for themselves. My overall confidence to go makeup free on a regular basis is everything I wanted and more. So grateful to go on this healthy skin journey with Dr Paul - I’m a client for life!

Dr. Paul is amazing - caring, knowledgeable, and the only one I trust for laser treatments. As a brown-skinned girl, I was hesitant, but she put me at ease. My first Pico treatment was the best decision - my skin glows! She created a great plan, followed up, and her staff is just as wonderful- friendly, professional, and attentive. The clinic’s ambience is perfect. Highly recommend!

Dr. Paul is amazing. She’s super sweet and patient. She listens and genuinely cares about her patients’ concerns. You feel like you're talking to a friend. Also, after my first treatment with the laser my skin looks amazing. I get compliments on my skin thanks to her help. Her staff is the best, they are professional and nice. I've been recommending her and her practice to my friends, family and coworkers.

Love love loved my experience at Balanced Skin Dermatology & Aesthetics! Dr. Tia Paul and her team are amazing and make you feel at ease (especially while dealing with skin issues that may not be the most cute). The prices are great, the facility is beautiful, and the staff is exceptional. Definitely will be returning and recommending this place to all my family and friends! :)

Visited Dr. Tia Paul at her new practice Balanced Skin Dermatology for the first time today and it was a DREAM. Dr. Paul’s practice is beautiful, her staff is phenomenal, and every detail is thought through to make sure you are cared for as a patient as if you are family. Dr. Paul is a very well-trained dermatologist who did my laser treatment with her Picosure- it was not painful only a slightly tingly experience for 5-10 mins, but I love that she tailored it to my South Asian desi skin specifically to address where I had my brown spots (cheeks and chin). Her lovely staff made sure I was completely comfortable both pre treatment while numbing and post treatment with my cooling towel. I’m actually really excited to come back to have my second and third laser treatments with her to gently clear up my hyperpigmentation and get that dewy glass skin look- esp with the short downtime that makes it east for a busy professional like myself (I was able to go out to dinner with a friend after). I will be sending many of my friends and colleagues her way for their derm needs and also to get their laser treatments done! Note: I am also a dermatologist from DC who was visiting LA, hence the white coat in my photos.
