I recently had a vertical facelift, neck lift, blepharoplasty, fat transfer, and browlift with Dr. Richland, and I must say, it was a really positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Richland himself was attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. What I appreciated most was his down-to-earth approach. He didn’t just focus on the procedures but looked at the bigger picture of how the completed outcome would be. The office was clean and organized, which added to the overall good vibe. I left feeling more informed and confident about my life changing surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Richland to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctor! My results are nothing short of amazing!! Scheduling my appointment with Karina was also very straightforward. She was friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth. I didn't have to wait long to get an appointment, which was a plus. The entire staff is caring and very professional. Kelle was amazing per usual with my Botox! I will only trust her to do my injections. She always creates a great experience and is so friendly and knowledgeable. She will always answer all the questions that I have and walks me through the injections. Sarah, who walked me back into the surgical room was also so helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I can tell that she is very experienced and created a great atmosphere for me! I will definitely be requesting to work with Sarah again in the future. She curated great customer service!
