I found this place via Groupon after comparing prices and reviews between different spas that offered laser hair removal services. I'm so glad I picked them because they made this first timer's experience a breeze. D'Andra was delightful and professional - we had our consultation over the phone (at my request) and she reiterated what we spoke about when I was in person for my first appointment. The office is very clean and the front desk was very helpful when I was trying to schedule my appointment. They followed up with me to confirm my appointment after I asked if I could do the consultation over the phone. The procedure itself was quick and (relatively) painless and D'Andra talked me through it the whole time so I knew what to expect. I will be recommending this place to my friends and will be returning for services after my Groupon is done.
