I have been a long time patient of Newport Dermatology. The practice is very professional yet very personal. The front office staff is so helpful and Dr Fazel is great! She listens and determines the best treatment. She is accessible and really cares for her patients.

Sarah is amazing! She’s always cheerful and friendly, yet also very direct and honest about what treatments are needed. She thoroughly explains the procedure, possible outcomes, and is eager to answer any questions you may have.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any doctor. I went in because I developed a lump underneath my eye. A nurse practitioner walked in, told me there was nothing she could do and to see someone else. I was already referred to a dermatologist specifically for this. From the moment I entered the office, I felt like my concerns were brushed off. The consultation felt rushed, and it seemed like NP wasn’t interested in truly understanding the issue I came in for. I had hoped for a thorough examination or at least a thoughtful discussion, but instead, I left feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. It’s frustrating when you seek expert care and don’t feel heard. I expected more professionalism and a more attentive approach to my situation. I will be looking for a different provider who values patient concerns and takes the time to get to the bottom of the issue.
