I have been going to Panacea for over a year and can truly say it’s changed my life! I get monthly hydrafacials with Lana - she is the absolute best and has made my skin GLOW.

This spa is such a disappointment. Bought an IPL Groupon here. As soon as I arrived they tried to upsell me to a $600 BBL treatment. When I said no, they said “well our IPL laser is dated so I would do the BBL”. I have gotten IPL every few months for a few years, and it works really well for me, but clearly they didn’t crank the laser up. I got zero results and a burn under my eye. When I let them know, they said they don’t do refunds. Very disappointing and a waste of money. I want a refund.

It took me some time to build the confidence and post my before and after pictures here for you to see… After spending over 4k dollars at this clinic, now my face is half frozen. On the follow up appt, they said there is nothing they can do now and I have to live like this for the next 6 months or more. They said that my face is build like that, so it’s pretty much my fault not their while I believe they placed the injections incorrectly and different amounts on both sides. I asked for information (as they keep the records and videos) on injected points and the amount of Botox to show another doctor and fix this but they ignored my requests. I waited enough for them to offer something but nothing so far. So here is my honest review with proof. Think twice before you go there. And I’m gonna cry here meanwhile.

I highly recommend Panacea Aesthetics & Wellness Center. Lana is very kind and helpful in getting me scheduled for my lip filler appointment. I had my lips done by Manal and she did an AMAZING job. I am so happy with the results!! I absolutely recommend her and their office.

I found Panacea years ago via a Groupon deal. Despite taking the risk to find a discounted injector, I'm forever glad Panacea was put on my radar. I had tox injections at two different offices prior and neither took the time and attention to detail like Panacea. Not to mention, Panacea is the least painful aesthetic injections I've had. Even the office staff helped put the Allie points system on my radar which no other office had mentioned that prior either. Fast forward to present, I moved out of state and still only trust Panacea for my injections and treatments. They set the bar so high in terms of my medspa expectations, that I won't waste my time or money to risk my appearance elsewhere. Even with my move, they spend extra time during the consultation to thoroughly assess the results from the previous visit so that we can have an open and realistic dialogue around what to expect since it may be several months before I'm in for another follow up. They input into the system before/after pictures, exactly how many units they put where and all of this data is available to you as a patient on an app. This way there is full transparency and better understanding if any modifications are needed next time. Panacea is the gold standard. There's a reason why they've won awards the past couple of years. They're the best of the best, truly. Thank you, Panacea!
