Highly recommend ! I have been coming to roxspa for ___ years and can’t say enough about the exceptional service and treatments. Practitioners are knowledgeable , laser equipment is the latest technology and they cater to the full range of skincare needs from lasers to medical esthetician facials and professional grade products Everyone from front desk to nurses to Dr. Calvert who always make sure to check in and say hi, are wonderful. Very friendly. Very accommodating with your schedule. Great communication. And they absolutely tailor the treatments to your needs. It s a no BS kinda place. If you don’t need it , they will tell you. They always know what is the perfect treatment for you. I want to preserve a very natural look. And they have managed to do that while making me look like a more youthful version of myself in a very natural way. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have gone twice now for hydrafacials from Kaitlin and had an excellent experience each time. She does a fantastic job and my skin looks so clear afterwards. My face will get a little red from day to day life and the accumulation of dirt and chemicals from some of the products I use (I wear a lot of sunscreen) so I really appreciate getting every pore cleaned at such a deep level, my skin gets an amazing glow afterwards. Though she has a ton of clients, Lauren truly makes me feel like I am her only client because she dedicates so much effort towards my needs.
