Great experience, fun friendly staff. Went to do hair removal for my back and shoulders, better then expected. Having to trim much less and only half way through my sessions. Always have had a lot of hair on my back having to trim a few times a week to keep it under control but by the end of the sessions I'm expecting to barely have to pay attention to it once a month which is great. Highly recommend

I've been coming to the Newport location for touch ups on my back and shoulders for years. They are always super professional and accommodating. I'm very happy with the results and this past treatment Liz was fantastic. She was quick, efficient and kept my mind off the pain with conversation. They always offer great deals on packages too.

The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. The environment was spotless, relaxing, and beautifully maintained, which added to the overall experience. The treatment itself was fantastic, painful but great. I highly recommend these girls and the clinic for the Exceptional service.

Recently had my first acne scar treatment done here, and the whole process from the start has been great. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and helpful with any questions you may have regarding treatments and post treatment processes. My first procedure itself went very smooth. My practitioner was very kind and made sure I was having a comfortable experience during the procedure. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to get some sort of treatment done, as the employees are knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable when you come in.

Came here for Profractional laser treatment for face and Morpheus for arms. Satisfied with laser. Wish they would go a bit deeper. Whenever a technician has said they will “go deeper” next time, it always makes me annoyed they didn’t just do that that time. I told the nurse, Cheryl, to please go as deep as she can. The laser I am not sure she did. But with Morpheus I think she did. Morpheus was very positive outcome as well. I felt like the results I expected were accomplished in 1 treatment instead of the 3 recommended/purchased. She takes her time and is very gentle and she explains a lot of the process to me which is very appreciated to have confidence in her skills and qualifications. She is enjoyable to be with for the treatment and I feel like she wants results for me rather than other places I have been to seem to always want to sell me something. I hope I can afford to keep trying treatments here. All the staff is super friendly which I find very important when you’re spending money on your skin. I really like my results for the laser and the Morpheus. Now have had 2 of 3 treatments and I’m satisfied as though it was completed. So I am very excited for the last treatment!
