LA Beauty Skin Center

I just left from my appointment at the North Hollywood location extremely disappointed and furious. My first time here my appointment being at 12:15 arrived 15 minutes early. Filled out my paperwork, was told to have a sit Carrie will be with me at 12:30 since they wanted me there 15 minutes earlier for the paperwork: I waited until 12:45 which at this time the Armenian lady asked me if I wanted numbing cream on I looked at her thinking what am I supposed to answer to you if you are not the nurse/Carrie she said well Carrie is running behind since the client before me was only here for a consultation but she ended up getting injections along with her friend. So basically they gave her my appointment and had me waiting for over an hour. Mind you at this point the receptionist took me to the room gave me numbing cream and asked me to wait. UNBELIEVABLE!!! So they lost a $2000.00 client maybe even more by being extremely unprofessional and just a simple sorry about it back to me. What a waste of time and energy on this stupid place with unprofessional employees.

Very clean place. Friendly staff. Lasers are well kept and don't hurt as much as other places I have previously been to. Always does a great job. Have gotten my lips done twice and they do not disappoint.

I have been to so many medical spas, but the only one I stuck to was LA Beauty Skin Center. The staff is so welcoming and comforting. I have a really busy schedule and they always try to work things around for me so I can get to all my appointments! I do my laser hair removal here with Narineh and Corina. They are my go to nurses. I get all my injections done with Jewel, she is an absolute goddess. They even have complimentary valet which is just a plus. No other medical spa has this great of a service. There spa is always so clean and every time I come to my appointments there are always fresh flowers in the lobby. I tried a new treatment called Cool Tone which is performed by the technician Lusine. Lusine is probably one of the most kindest and welcoming person I have met. But to talk about the results !! I did the Cool Tone on my abdomen area and it looks like I just came out of the gym. My summer body is all ready and all because of LA Beauty Skin Center. Thank you LA Beauty Skin Center for making me feel more confident and better than ever!

Got my lips done here today by Diana and I can’t explain how happy I am with my experience. Diana was so sweet and patient, and took her time listening to my needs and concerns. I’m so in love with my results!! I will definitely be back here again and would recommend coming here!
