I got a Brazilian wax with Chandler and she was great! Honestly the most painless brazilian I’ve ever had. The studio is very cute and clean, fair prices, and booking appointments online is quick and easy. The only thing to note is they only accept cash tips - you can’t add a tip if you’re paying with card. So make sure to bring some cash!

Place was clean, and the lady, Mercedes was friendly, but that’s about it… unfortunately I didn’t go there to make friends. She literally did an awful job n didn’t just miss a few hairs here and there, but LARGE PATCHES! Basically my entire backside was missed. I’m incredibly disappointed in the service. I paid over $100 (tip included) and I literally do a better job at home. I will never come back again

I had an appointment with Eliza and it was amazing! The place has a really cute vibe and was very clean. Eliza was super personable and gentle with my procedure. She answered all of the questions I had and shared great information for the future. I will definitely be going back!

The lady i worked with was so great and easy going. I would return if I lived in LA. I left with no red marks or pain during the face wax.

I normally woukd give this place 4 or even 5 stars, but a few days ago, I got my eyebrows waxed and the esthetician put a small amount wax on the middle of my eyelid. It burned like heck the night of and the next day I have a nice burn/ scab on the middle of it. So annoyed. I paid $25 to get burned? I know it's an occupational hazard but she acted like nothing halpened. Going back to my $12 gal in a few weeks!
