I have been seeing Rochell for about 7 years now for waxing and facials. She is very professional , knowledgeable, honest , and she is consistent in providing excellent service every time I see her. Rochell is pleasant , informative, attentive, and is always ready to answer any questions you may have and provide any guidance you may need. Rochell is always taking the time to further her knowledge and learn new things to offer her clients the best care possible. She uses high quality skincare and waxing product, my skin feels amazing after any wax or facial. I have very sensitive skin , and waxing always used to leave me red and in breakouts , but this is never the case with Rochell. In addition , due to Covid , Rochell is taking additional steps and safety precautions to ensure her clients safety, while still providing a relaxing , comfortable experience. It is always such a pleasure to see her and I look forward to all of our appointments.
