I am only one day post op so I will update with any relevant changes but I cannot speak positively enough about this wonderful team. The Dr. during the consult was so professional and gave me an amazing explanation as to what would give me the best outcome. I originally was going to just get an aug but after speaking with him decided on a lift as well. We also spoke about sizing and I am so happy with all of his recommendations so far. Leaving it to the professional in this case pays off. The day of my surgery (yesterday) I was terrified. The team moved so quick and we’re so kind I hardly had time to be worried. I took an amazing nap and before I knew it I woke up right where I started. The pain wasn’t too terrible, for the first two hours it was a solid 6/10. However, as the day went on it fell to a 3/10 and I was able to transition to an over the counter Tylenol. This team is amazing!! I’ll update as the recovery process continues and everything finds its new “place”.

Needless to say, 2020 has been an odd year, and with so much going on in the world the level of care I received in June for my tummy tuck, and lipo 360 was extraordinary. I worked at maintaining my weight loss for 2 years and tried everything I could to get rid of the skin (as I was terrified of surgery). But losing 60 lbs. and being 40 years old the skin wasn’t leaving on its own. My cousin referred me to Dr. Andreasen and I started following him on Instagram. After 6 months of watching his surgeries I scheduled my facetime consult (I live about 2.5 hours from his office). That was the beginning of the Andresen Experience. He was so kind and easy to speak to, and put my mind at ease. He gave me a quote and described what my recovery would look like and told me about the hotel next to the surgery center. This was February and we scheduled for June. I was never planning on having surgery in the middle of a pandemic, but honestly, I felt 100% confidence in him and his team. Two weeks before I came in for my pre-op appointment where I was able to meet so many of his staff, and truly he has the greatest office environment. One of his office staff came in with the quote (exactly the same as he said on the phone) and she got teary eyed talking to me about how much she knows it was going to change my life. It was such a huge comfort as family and friends both gave me some odd reactions to my surgery plans. Then meeting Dr. Andreasen, he is truly such a caring and friendly doctor and explains everything in such detail it put my mind at ease. Next came surgery day, I had checked in the night before and arrived first thing. Covid restrictions didn’t allow my husband there which was difficult, but again his staff was so great at putting me at ease. After the surgery they wheeled me to my hotel room and got me set up and comfortable. First thing I did was watch my surgery on Instagram and I cried…I never thought those results were possible. The recovery was not too bad, but let me tell you laughter is not the best medicine after your abdominal wall has been repaired. His nurse is extremely involved in the recovery process and responds quickly to questions. Dr. Andreasen was great about moving to virtual follow once I was clear of drains and my incision was healing well…. Honestly once we stopped having follow ups I missed going to his office. To wrap up this very long review, everything was perfection in the process and it was truly an incredible experience. And the results, I never thought I would feel confident enough to show my stomach…even as a teen I had trouble with that confidence. At 3 months post op I rocked the first bikini of my adult life. The Andreasen experience is life changing and I have zero regrets about making myself a priority and doing something that raised my happiness and confidence level. This entire journey and experience (The Andreasen Experience) has been nothing short of AMAZING!!! I wanted to wait until I was completely healed to leave a review. I am now two months post op and have been cleared to resume any and all activities. I first had a virtual consult with Dr. Troy where he made me feel relaxed and confident with the expectations and options available for me very quickly. I scheduled my preop the following day which was about 2 months out due his very busy schedule. I began following his IG account where he films his procedures and explains many FAQs, so I became very well versed on the procedure I was getting quickly. He is also very funny, witty and hip! Lol. The surgery was quick- 21 minutes exactly! The recovery was what was to be expected, but NO pain or bruising whatsoever! Any small concerns I had, I emailed or DMd him and guys, he responds QUICK!! Even when he was out of town or on a vacation. Dr. Troy really knows his niche and remains consistent in his work. Even though his one on one time may be short in consults and what not (I mean he IS the most popular breast surgeon in the IE and has performed more than most of the top surgeons out there) he will respond to any message or inquiry from his patients. I am incredibly happy with not only my results, but the entire process I experienced and people I met along the way. I would recommend Dr. Troy to ANYbody looking to get their breasts enhanced. Hands down. I cant wait to do it again!
