Although he's a decent surgeon, staff is horrible. Short version: Whoever answers the phones is gatekeeping appointments again. This was an issue in the past, I told him what happened and he was confused. During our follow-up, he said it was resolved after some kind of meeting, that there are *always* openings, but they're back to it again. Asked her why I can't see him for three weeks and her only reply was "he is unavailable". I asked if he will be in the office (in several ways) but all she would say is "he is unavailable" then turned into a brick wall. I saw no other choice but to hang up and go back to my pcp for a replacement. Even told her I was pain from a surgery 8 months ago but she didn't care. On top of it, this place is affiliated with Providence. Whether you see this as an issue or not is subjective, but it's worth pointing out.

Dr. Cohen and staff are the BEST!!! I have been struggling for years with headaches, Dr.Cohen Is the first doctor that I feel actually wants to find the cause and not just slap a Band-Aid on a problem.. He was so thorough explaining some of the possible causes, he went step-by-step over a treatment plan Alternatives if these don’t work. I felt like he took the time to actually hear what I had to say And I just wasn’t another number coming through the office. It’s been years since I’ve been in a doctors office where you feel like a doctor actually has care and concern for you.. I was concerned going in because I don’t have the best medical Insurance, but it is clear That his patients are top priority. The staff is Personable and efficient… calls and appointments are handled quickly! Our healthcare system would be so much better if more practices were like this!! I am actually feeling hopeful of a headache free life ❤️

Dr Cohen is great! He performed Eustachian tube dilation surgery on my ears. He explained the procedure, answered all of my questions and is diligent about helping me with my other concerns. I have seen multiple ENTs all of which ignored my concerns. Dr Cohen has taken time to go through my concerns one by one to figure out what is going on. Thank you Dr Cohen He also helped us with my son removing his impacted ear wax, fast and painless! He is amazing!
