I came to Orange Dermatology about 3 years ago, I was depressed about my acne, hence I started looking for a Dermatologist around the area. I read good reviews about Dr. Hsu so I made a point to see her. 3 years later, I can say that I am happy with the result. I don't have acne anymore and skin is 10x better than it was before. I am happy with the results. I recommend Dr. Shu. Also, her nurse is amazing.

Very disappointing! I was looking forward to my appointment to fix my skin!!! I haven’t been to this office in over 5 years! Phone appointment staff are VERY UNORGANIZED!!! 3wks prior to my appt date I provided all my updated demographics . They reached out to an old contact from previous info to state they have my wrong number and address to mail out patient paperwork. I called this office for the 3rd time to give my info just for the clerk to state I owe $90 from a missed appointment 2017?!! If truly my balance which I doubt, why not send it in the mail, email?! Why ask me for all my info if not going to utilize!! Last time I saw Dr. D was 2021! Paid my dues, purchased products! I am not one to miss my appointments!! And why not mention this balance prior to setting appointment. I had to request early clock out just to make it to this appointment!! Waste of time!!!

Doctor offices make me nervous! I asked my friends to recommend a dermatologist that had excellent bedside manner and was okay with a patient that's interested in holistic treatments whenever possible. Thank goodness someone mentioned, Dr. Sarah Stanowicz. The office was clean and busy. The front desk staff were organized and friendly. And let me tell you, the attitude of the front desk can make or break a clinic in my opinion. In this case, they were professional and welcoming. So far so good. When I met Sarah, she was kind, efficient and effective. She heard what my concerns were, what my preferences for treatment were and she offered options that reflected my goals. When it came time to treat me, she explained the process and described what I might feel. I felt respected. I felt safe. I felt confident that I was in good hands. That is one exceptional doctor.

I have been coming to this office for several years and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Every Dr. I have seen have seen have been helpful and kind. Most recently I had an appointment with Dr.Hsu and she listened to all my concerns. My skin has seen a big improvement since seeing her and I will recommend this office to family and friends.

My experience with Dr. Sarah and the entire staff and Orange Dermatology & Laser was wonderful! From the moment I walked into their beautiful office, I felt like I was in good hands. Their front office staff and nurses were very helpful and friendly while Dr. Sarah made me feel comfortable during my visit and was very professional. Loved the treatment I received and products I purchased (recommended by Dr.S) has my skin looking better than ever!!! Thanks!
