It was the most pleasant Doctors office I have ever been to. The front desk staff had great customers service skills. The nurse practitioner made you feel very comfortable.She had a great personality and was very upbeat and happy. Trey was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend this office. Good customer service is hard to find especially in the medical field!

Staff is great 👍 EXCELLENT!!! I had already anticipated to wait since I was a new patient and I was handed paperwork and even before I started I was called back. Medical assistant was super kind and helpful. The doctor came in like 2 minutes after the MA left the room. I was done with my visit even before I had started completing my paperwork 😂 The visit was not rushed in anyway I felt like I was listening to. The Doctor I saw was very energetic, very professional.I highly recommend this dermatology office.. The receptionist was also very kind and courteous and helpful. I can’t say enough about Office. I was very happy with my visit.

Entire staff is friendly, thorough, and totally engaged in providing best possible service. Their expertise always provides expected results in resolving issues that need attention. Always enjoy visiting there for an appointment.

Echoing the other 5 star reviews. As a first time patient, I found the front office staff super welcoming and friendly (even over the phone when I called prior to my appointment to confirm some information), which fortunately is so not the case these days. Dr. Du diagnosed my conditions quickly without my feeling rushed and I have a sense of relief now about them.

I have had nothing but GREAT service here! Not only is the office staff professional but they are also friendly. The doctors are the same. No boring five minute visits. You get to be seen by a wonderful doctor who is thorough and has a great sense of humor, to boot
