I recently purchased a laser tattoo removal package from Jen, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient in answering all my questions. She took the time to explain the process and made me feel completely confident in my decision. Her friendly and approachable attitude made the whole experience seamless. If you’re considering tattoo removal, I highly recommend going through Jen, she's so sweet and again very informative!

Worst experience coming here! Customer service is terrible. I ended up walking out. Was supposed to get a call back that day to be refunded my deposit and almost two weeks later, still nothing. They keep saying in 24-72 hours you will get a call back . Nothing!!! Miriam still has not reached out even with a text but was quick to respond when we were initially setting up the appointment. I do not recommend this place at all.

Payton was absolutely delightful. I have been in the cosmetic industry sales and I really dislike pressure of any sort and I didn't get any of that from her. I felt she genuinely wanted to help me and I look forward in a few months as part of my redoing self journey to treatments. She is great and highly recommended.

This center goes above and beyond for patients. I had my dermal filler and Botox done by Nurse Rasa. She was highly educated on the Botox and filler. She educated me pre/and post op. She walked me through literally ever my step, and counted down to the last second she was done injecting. She was friendly, and I will definitely be requesting her again for my next services! Below is the smile lines she covered for me with dermal fillers! I’m very happy with my services. The front desk also gave me a great deal on both the Botox and fillers!

I am crying as I type this, as a loyal Laser Away client I will not do any type of service here ever again. They showed no remorse of my complaint upon my skin after laser tattoo removal. Never once did the nurse here tell me it can cause HYPERPIGMENTATION. There is no contract or safety agreement that this treatment can cause hyperpigmentation. So you’re telling me they don’t let their clients know hyperpigmentation can happen? They only tell you it can cause blisters, burn, redness. Im pretty light skinned and now I have a big blotch of darkness where I was getting laser treatment. I got off the phone with a Laser Away worker that said there will be absolutely no sort of refund and ONLY store credit. He told me that’s final no exceptions. Why do I want store credit? I’ve given this company so much money, I’ve done laser hair removal. Scam. Did not work at all. I had a small tattoo removal behind my ear and the full 8 sessions still didn’t get rid of the entire small tattoo!! Luckily I didn’t get any hyperpigmentation on my ear. So what if a client gets burned terribly what happens now Laser Away you won’t give them get their money back? They’re just stuck with paying the rest of the payments and offer store credit only like how I have to do now? Im beyond hurt because I don’t trust them anymore because they don’t care. That’s why I will not be getting their store credit. Awful in truly helping their loyal customers. I will now need to see a true professional Dermatologist. This company makes SO MUCH MONEY why can’t you give me a refund with my hard earned money of only $1,480.
