I am writing this review to share my deeply distressing experience with Dr. Diya Tantawi, who performed cosmetic surgery on me. I was excited to get rid of a little sagging and some wrinkles, but during the procedure, his carelessness damaged a nerve, causing the right side of my face to become paralyzed. Many months later, I still have issues. What has made this even more heartbreaking is Dr. Tantawi's complete lack of concern. He shrugged off the damage, told me to "give it time," and never apologized. To make matters even worse, he also botched my neck. It is scarred and ugly. This experience has been life-altering. It's affected not only my physical appearance but also my mental and emotional health. I understand that complications can occur during surgery, but nerve damage is rare. I believe that patient safety should always be a top priority. Why didn't he just tell me that this wasn't his expertise? Instead, I ended up with a botched procedure that has left me deeply disappointed. Dr. Diya Tantawi claims to be a double board-certified plastic surgeon, but based on my experience, I strongly question his expertise and professionalism. I want to share my story in hopes that no one else has to go through what I have. Please don't be fooled by before-and-after photos or nice reviews. Find a surgeon who has integrity, real expertise, and the compassion to prioritize your well-being above all else. Learn from my mistake, don't risk your health and appearance with someone who doesn't seem to care.

Doctor Tantawi has always done a great job! I go to him for all my injections whether it be lip filler or botox. Occasionally I add a quick cool peel which leaves my skin feeling refreshed.
