The staff at LaserAway made my experience at their location such a great one. The nurse who assisted me, Gina, was so knowledgeable and patient with me while I was asking a million questions. She made sure that I felt comfortable before she started and I never felt like she was trying to make me use or sell me more of anything. She listened to my concerns and made sure to only do what I asked. On top of that, the front desk staff was so kind! Check-in was a breeze and I found myself smiling and laughing with them until the nurse called me back! Very quick and easy. 100/10 would recommend

She’s incredibly skilled and made me feel at ease. ❤️🙏 The LaserAway is so lucky to have an amazing and professional staff like Taylor. She is a gem in front desk. She always welcomes me with her beautiful smile and she’s very helpful. So happy I had an opportunity to meet Janessa and Taylor on my Monday’s appointment. Highly recommend them for any laser treatment needs!

I love this Laser Away location, Palo Alto. Everyone is welcoming and helpful. Rachel has always been awesome in getting me in for appointments with positive energy . Every nurse that has done my laser appointments has been professional and efficient. My last appointment I was treated by Katherine and she did an awesome job. She totally made me feel comfortable while getting my Brazilian! 🙌🏼

I appreciate the way that the nurses and staff are responsive and personable throughout my visits. I had the privilege of having Janessa as my clinician today, and it was such a positive experience. Not only was Janessa professional and approachable, but she answered my questions about the various services that Laser Away offers. The difference in this visit is that during my session, Janessa built a great rapport with me and she developed a personal connected care that makes you feel as though you're being well taken care of. I'm in the healthcare profession, and part of providing great care is through having a trustworthy and open communication with the client. Janessa embodied all of the qualities that you'd expect from someone who loves what they do and genuinely cares about people. My session felt super fun, and I never expected sessions to be like that. Thank you Janessa! And thank you to Kayla, who was at the front desk today. She took her time explaining the after effects and details of hydra facials/clear and brilliant facial, and offered some more info regarding those services. I especially appreciated how Janessa and Kayla went above and beyond by talking about how the services worked for them after trying it. It makes me that more compelled to try it for myself :) thank you ladies!
