Palo Alto Laser & Skin Care

I have had a great experience with Palo Alto Laser and skin care for almost 6 months and I am continually impressed by people, product and their service. From starting point of consulting till getting the results all was exceptional. For some reason during one session of my treatment the laser stopped because the temperatures alert and Karen had to stopped the treatment however they kindly accepted to compensate for that even though it was not their fault. Karen is very expert in what she is doing and she is also very knowledge and willing to give you the best advice. I am going to transfer my face laser treatment to their center too as i am very pleased with them.

This place is amazing! The staff is personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have been going here for 8 years and I can’t go anywhere for my skincare and laser needs. I am a black women and they have taken great care with consideration to my skin complexion and type. Carina for laser hair removal and Sari for facials and peels are amazing!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Absolutely live this place! I’ve been a client of Palo Alto Laser for over 12 years and have had a variety of procedures. I find them to be very competent, professional, and pleasant. Their staff is top notch, and owner Zuzana manages a tight ship. Also, they stock a nice array of brands and products that have noticeably enhanced the appearance of my skin. They make good recommendations and are not pushy about selling you stuff you don’f need. Granted, they are not cheap, but they do have promotions that can the $$ down. Highly recommend!

I had a facial done that started as a complimentary but decided to upgrade to the full package, and it was a great decision. My face looks radiant, and it was a nice self care treatment. I also like the staff here, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Really enjoy coming to this location.
