For my one year anniversary I would like to put my review. I do not recommend this doctor at all. I had a mommy make over a year ago and was initially going to back out of the surgery due to seeing how overwhelmingly busy the doctor was so much that he only met with me for five minutes said he would be back and never came back to help me choose a implant size. The next day I called and asked for a refund since my sugery had been paid for. Shortly after the doctor called me back and assured me that he would take care of my and would take time with the follow ups after surgery he even gave me his work cell. Although my brain said dont do it I moved forward the doctor seemed so genuine. Surgery day I was infomed they didnt have the implant size we had agreed on so i had to go with a smaller size. Since I am from out of state he had the nurses check me before going back home. I then called them a few times due to stomach issues I was having and they were helpful. Two weeks later I had to call him because I ended up in the hospital getting my gallbladder removed. Nothing to do with my prior surgery. However a few months later I ended up with some type of infection in my hip that was not alowing me to walk. He prescribed me antibiotics I dont know how i survived. I met Dr.T in person and he basically said the infection was not from the lipo or the procedure he preformed. He told me I didnt need to go back for follow up and never had the girls message me with another follow up. I reached out to him a couple and he never returned the text messages. I currently have two stiches one under each breast and a pocket of fluid on my right hip. Thank god this wasnt worse and thank god I have money to get this shit fixed. Also the place I had my surgery done did not look sanitary. I would have definitely left the facility if I hadnt already paid and no refunds. They also made me sign my life away. Where i am from they clean the hospitals. And the Anastacia doctor was a prick.
Going to need a revision on breast lift + implants after getting them done w doc taneja. would not recommend him for breast lift. Left my areolas uneven
Best experience. Had my consult and had my surgery in two weeks. He was amazing loves what he does and he’s a master in his craft. He is an artist and did an amazing job on me. I was recommended by a friend and he did a great job. He’s amazing and I would always recommend him. He does an amazing job. The staff is amazing. I had seen three other surgeons and Dr. Taneja wins them all. I’m so happy he is my doctor. I would choose him any day. I recommend him anytime and I’m happy.
Just a week after surgery, I had to go back for a follow-up, where my doctor discovered a blood clot (hematoma) in my left breast. He removed it on the same day under local anesthesia. I didn’t fully understand that this was a significant procedure until it was happening. He reopened my breast to remove the blood clot, and the sight of it was horrifying—I almost fainted when I saw how large it was. After the procedure, I had to drive two hours back to San Diego, but I didn’t realize I was bleeding out during the drive. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed the extent of the bleeding—I had soaked through an entire roll of toilet paper, and there was a puddle of blood. Thankfully, my neighbor, a nurse, came over, and after seeing what was happening, she immediately called 911, fearing for my life. It turns out I had developed another hematoma, causing significant blood leakage. My hemoglobin level dropped to seven, which is considered life-threatening. I was being prepared for a blood transfusion because of how much blood I lost. The surgeon at the emergency room hospital told me that I could have died because the wound was not properly cauterized after the initial hematoma was removed—this could have been the reason for my death. As a result of this surgery and the complications that followed, my life was destroyed for several months. I ended up needing an iron transfusion, which led to an allergic reaction that caused me to faint and ultimately resulted in me totaling my car. All of this happened because I lost so much blood. Before the surgery, my hemoglobin level was at 13, and the doctors told me it was a miracle I survived the amount of blood loss I experienced. Dr. Taneja’s negligence almost killed me. The medical team told me I needed to have my breast implant removed and the wound cauterized. Terrified, I called Dr. Taneja, who reassured me that the implant didn’t need to be removed. After a lot of back-and-forth between the general surgeon, plastic surgeon, and Dr. Taneja, I decided not to remove the implant and went ahead with cauterizing the wound. While I’m grateful that I saved the implant, I can’t shake the feeling that I narrowly escaped a life-threatening situation. The aftermath has been devastating. My scars are unsightly, my nipples are uneven and not even circular, and the overall healing has been terrible. My right breast, which had no complications, still healed poorly and looks uneven. Despite paying $12,000, I now deeply regret the decision to undergo this surgery. I consulted another surgeon who confirmed my fears: my skin was stretched too much during the procedure, making proper healing nearly impossible. My nipples are larger and positioned too high, which is not what I wanted when I opted for a breast reduction. This has left me with oversized, uneven nipples that look worse than they ever did before. I tried to follow up with the original surgeon six weeks after everything happened, but I missed the appointment. When I attempted to reschedule, I was completely ignored. It’s been incredibly frustrating and disheartening to feel abandoned by the very people I trusted with such an important part of my body. I’m now faced with the painful reality that I may need corrective surgery, but I’m too scared to reach out to them again because of how they’ve handled my concerns so far. My confidence is shattered, and I feel deformed. Even after expressing my worries to the surgeon, I was told to just wait and that everything would be fine. But looking at myself now, I can honestly say that if you saw how my nipples look, you would understand why I feel like crying. This has been a nightmare, and I can’t recommend this surgeon or practice to anyone. Please, if you’re considering this kind of surgery, think long and hard about who you trust with your body. **Photos to come, though it’s difficult to share due to my insecurities.**
I had butt surgery here with Dr. Alvin Taneja. There were some complications with the surgery. The doctor told me to wait a year and that he would help me solve the problem. After 1 year I went to see him and he told me that he would not help me and that it was better for him to remove the implants and that he would not operate on me again and that he would charge me $900 to remove them. In short, I feel like a victim of this doctor who was very unprofessional. I just hope that what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone else because he is calm as if nothing had happened and I am here with depression with a problem that he did not take responsibility for. This happened to me for trusting a person who is not responsible for his bad surgeries. But sooner or later the law of God comes to us all.
