Eyesthetica - Pasadena Eyelid Surgery

I can only speak for Dr. Scamstine. On my first consultation visit he managed to convince me that I needed operation on both of my eyes because if he only did it on eye there could be a potential of ptosis on my opposite eye. I had one eye that had very clear symptoms of ptosis the other eye was perfect. Yet I decided to trust this Dr. Scamstine and let him scam my family out of 5 thousand dollars and had to do the procedure twice on the eye that had obvious signs of ptosis because this Scam Artist doesn't know what he's doing and even said it himself when I told him why isn't my eye matching the eye that supposably would be undermined by the new improved ptosis eye. I hope people can understand my anger when he still had the nerve to ask for a 200$ third procedure. For what?! So you can do nothing and possibly even just worsen the issue? I hope someone at Eyesthetica sees this and has a heart to at least apologize for the absolute terrible service, because Scamstine never did. Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience. I know there was never a guarantee but to scam me is something else when you cant even manage to do the job at amateur level so much as a professional. absolutely medicore experience.

Dr Burnstine was extremely professional and very caring. I had eye surgery to correct a long time tearing in my right eye as my tear ducts had closed. He called after I got home to check on how I was getting along. It was easy to communicate w him. His office staff was always so nice and very helpful.

Dr. Micheal was very attentive with my mother. He was very professional and made the extra effort to make sure my mother felt comfortable. There was one staff member who in particular was very kind to my daughter and mother as well, I did not catch his name unfortunately. It was raining when my daughter and mother went and this staff member went as far as getting an umbrella from his car to make sure my mother would be safe from the rain. I highly recommend this location, they’re very kind and friendly.

Fantastic experience at Eyesthetica! I went in looking like a gremlin because of my multiple stye's. Dr. Lo patiently answered all my questions and talked me through the procedure. They made me look like a human again!

I interviewed 4 surgeons and Dr Burnstine was the first and only doctor to acknowledge all my complaints I had about my eyes. He fixed 3 problems in one surgery. Also, his prices are the most reasonable.
