I had the pleasure of getting microneedling with PRP done by PA Xochitl, and it was such a wonderful experience! As a PA myself, I took special attention to how clean and sterile the environment was (though it did not take away from the aesthetic ambiance). Xochitl and her team went above and beyond to answer all my questions. She is truly so skilled and such a personable provider. I felt I was in the best of hands the entire time. Thank you Xochitl and the entire Facile team!

Can always get appointments and consistently fast but insanely well placed best Botox. Also my go to for microneedling. Rachel and Xochitl are great but honestly never had a bad experience. It’s on the pricier side in terms of all Botox options in LA but I think the craft and natural way the place everything is worth it (and cheaper vs other pricier similar places). Just look at all the folks skin and faces - they know what’s up if more natural (you but refreshed or “great for your age” without looked obviously botoxed is your style). 4/5 is because of the slightly more pricey prices but should not deter. You should try them. They also have great skin advice for any questions. Don’t go cheapest for Botox, you’ll regret it. Oh and maybe worth noting, this is so good I fly in from out of town and have not strayed after trying 2-3 other folks.

There’s a reason why this place is rated 5 stars! Facile provides you exceptional service and provides you the best boutique experience possible. Here is my experience with the facile facial. You enter their cozy lobby and check in as you wait for the staff to welcome you into your facial room. You listen to ambient and soothing tunes and already feel relaxed. You’re then greeted by your esthetician and led into a facial room. Arianna was wonderful, it was my first facial in a while, so she walked me through the entire experience and told me what she was going to do. I also enjoyed the heated bed you lay in as you’re getting the facial! I also loved how knowledgeable she was, and how she took her time to really get to know my skin. She really took the time to educate me and answer any questions I had. Arianna was also very friendly and I just loved her energy. Lovely experience here at Facile, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to treat yourself!

Mona is an absolute gem! She was so knowledgeable and really did an amazing job with my filler and Botox. Even more importantly, she suggested a skin care regimen that has been amazing for me. She is the best! I found my girl for life!

I had a facial with Arianna and she was very caring and knowledgeable. She even answered my questions via email after my facial and remembered me when I went in for a Microneedling with PRP with Xochi a month later. Her product recommendations were very helpful and my skin looks amazing. I have definitely made my next two appointments. I also have had two microneedling with prp sessions with Xochi and i love it. I have had microneedling before but never with PRP. PRP really makes a huge difference! My eyes no longer look tired and I look 15 years younger. Xochi is so gentle and sweet and she and Arianna don’t push products or unnecessary treatments. Xochi was able to find my “hard to find” veins. I would highly recommend Facile to all my friends and family.
