Me, Myself, and I Medical Spa

I recently had an Endolift treatment with Dr. Arutunian at Me, Myself, and I Medical Spa, and I'm beyond thrilled with the results! After learning about this popular treatment during my time in Italy, I was eager to find a skilled practitioner in the US. I found Dr. Arutunian on TikTok and I was very impressed by her expertise and the results shown in her videos. It’s my understanding she is also a trainer who educates other practitioners in this treatment so she is definitely best-in-class. I underwent the procedure on 11/22/24 and while I was initially nervous, but Dr. Arutunian's gentle approach and clear communication put me at ease. The treatment was comfortable, and I experienced only minor swelling for about 3-4 days, with no pain except for mild headache the first day. Now, nearly three 3 months later, I see significant tightening and rejuvenation in my face/eyes, with full results expected by 6 months. Its truly remarkable! Dr. Arutunian is not only a true professional but also has a warm and caring demeanor that makes you feel like family. Her staff is equally attentive (special shout out to Diana!), ensuring all my questions were answered promptly. For anyone considering non-surgical rejuvenation, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Arutunian and her endolift procedure. I’ve had nothing short of fantastic experiences here. My botox and fillers were expertly administered by Dr. Arutunian, leaving me with natural-looking results. Some friends have commented that my skin looks really good, but couldn’t pinpoint exactly what had changed, which is exactly what I asked Dr. Arutunian to give me. Her professionalism and attention to detail made all my visits enjoyable. She has never tried to “up-sell” me on products or treatments I didn’t need and sometimes her professional opinion was that I didn’t need certain treatments I was thinking about getting. Highly recommend for a pampering and effective skincare experience administered by a trustworthy doctor!!

Dr Gayane Arutunian is the best! I don't think any other doctor would have taken the time she took with me to make sure our treatment plan was the right one and that I was satisfied and felt comfortable. She's incredibly skilled at injection aesthetics and knowledgeable about facial anatomy. She's very cognizant of keeping her work natural-looking and won't push product on you just to make a sale. You just feel great about being under her care, always. Will be returning!
