First class experience. The procedure and charges were explained in detail up front. The care provided by the staff made me feel safe and prioritized. Best of all, the precision work by Dr. Sasaki was not as he predicted but resulted in an incredible outcome. *Oh, and he’s a very nice man too. All the best Dr. & Staff!

Dr. Sasaki and his office staff are the epitome of excellence. Dr. Sasaki is not only a top notch surgeon with an incredible amount of experience but also a wonderful kind hearted person! He fixed my son up beautifully! Can’t thank him and his team enough. His staff is fantastic and organized and they also made us feel very welcomed. Dr. Sasaki’s clinic is the most zen like relaxing clinic I’ve ever been to.

I purchased a skin care product that doesn't expire until 1 year later. I used it for a couple of months and then started to have skin irritation. I had family in town for long term stay so I didn't reach out to Sasaki Advanced Aesthetic Medical Center until 7 months after I purchased the product, which should still be good since it lasts one year. When I called and asked if I could see Dr. Sasaki regarding what to do with the skin irritation, I was laughed at by the staff. They said "you called about this one year later?!!". I don't think it's ridiculous to call the office when you have a bad reaction to their product, especially when it's well within the "best before" date. I was told that I'll have to pay to see Dr. Sasaki for a bad reaction to Dr. Sasaki's product. Overall I think Dr. Sasaki was pretty nice, but his staff/management offers the worst service I've ever seen in any establishment.

Natalie, the register nurse is awesome. She is very kind and helpful and she also asked dr.sasaki to look at my pigmentationto make sure what treatment Should I proceed. I love all the staff. Very friendly and very clean.

Nicole’s oxygen facial was magnificent! Not only does my skin look radiant, but she is a wealth of information with an abundance of beauty and kindness. I couldn’t be happier. 🩷
