David Robles, MD, PhD Oak Tree Dermatology

My experience with Dr. Robles and his team was great! I went in for examination of an odd subcutaneous cyst and a concerning mole. I felt very comfortable and welcomed in their presence. I did have a bit of a wait as Dr. Robles attended to other patients finishing up but it wasn't excessive. They attentively listened to my concerns, carefully checked my skin, and were more than willing to provide followup testing for more information and peace of mind. I ultimately had a (mostly) painless removal of the cyst and biopsy of the mole. I hardly felt a thing and I was surprised by how quickly it was done. Afterwards, his staff nicely articulated the testing results over the phone within a week. Dr. Robles and his staff are all very nice and you can sense the camaraderie between them by how they happily chat and laugh with one another, which is a great sign of a great team. I have a bit of a drive to his office but it is well worth it as I get the help of this incredibly professional team!

Ally was warm, friendly, professional, and efficient. She listened to everything I had to say, offered me her own input, and then talked to me about what her next steps would be. She did an in-office procedure, which was painless, and I will get the results in two weeks. I couldn’t ask for anything anymore.

Dr. Robles and Alexandra DeRosa PA-C, were so very kind and thorough. They took the time to listen and understand my individualized needs and medical history. They spent a generous amount of time speaking with me and provided compassionate and experienced care responses. I am grateful to feel seen and valued as a patient in their care.

Went to Dr. Robles for a rash on my neck. This was my first visit. So once I entered the office it was nice and clean, I forgot my insurance card but was able to look it up online and sent it through email. Dr. Robles and his staff were pleasant, kind and very professional! Dr. Robles said he will help me with my rash issue and was very happy about that. Grateful that I scheduled my appointment with this practice.

I took my son with Dr. Robles for treatment for his mild acne. Dr. Robles and all the girls at the front were always very nice and attentive. We are very pleased with my son’s results after his treatment and would highly recommend Oak Tree Dermatology.
